We are fortunate to be surrounded by some of Irelands finest award-winning artisan food producers and we are delighted to offer our guests access to some of their produce. You can either order your food directly from the producers and collect it from them or we can order it for you and arrange to have it delivered to your cottage waiting for you on your arrival.
Organically certified since 1989, Hilda Crampton and Dominic Quinn run one of the longest established organic farms in Ireland.
Their seasonal focus is mostly on fresh, green, leafy produce and salads in season with the addition of exotic vegetables like globe artichokes, along with colourful varieties of vegetables. They sell their delicious organic produce all year around from our pop up farm shop on Fridays 9am to 6pm and on Saturday mornings 9am to 1pm with fresh pickings to fulfill demand going on all day.

Ridgeway Farm is a family operated farm nestled in the scenic hills of County Wicklow where John and Michelle Hourigan raise Wagyu cattle.
On Ridgeway Farm they are committed to creating a stress-free and healthy environment where the cattle are fed grass and olive feed to produce the finest Irish Wagyu Beef. All of their Wagyu Beef is fully traceable from Farm to Fork.
They supply Olive Fed Wagyu Beef from our farm in Wicklow to restaurants, butchers, premium retailers and households across Ireland and Europe.
Innovative farmers, George Finlay and Hannah Sheerin, at Ballyhubbock Farm produce some fantastic cheese and ice cream from their scenic farm in West Wicklow.
The couple describes themselves as farmers and foodies. They are passionate about producing and promoting natural farm-fresh sheep’s milk production. They say that sheep’s milk is both highly nutritious and delicious and is suitable for those with an intolerance to cow’s milk. Their flock are grass-fed for extra flavour and goodness.
Their small batch cheese is handcrafted in a similar style to traditional Mediterranean halloumi cheese. Halloumi is a delicious alternative to meat on a barbeque and tastes terrific grilled with a salad.
They are also producing delicious sheep’s milk ice cream which is handcrafted fresh every day in small batches.
The dairy’s popular handcrafted products are made using traditional methods and combine sheep’s milk from the farm’s own milking flock with the finest, freshest local ingredients.
