The Old Rectory Studio is a purpose built creative studio space with adjoining full accommodation sleeping up to 4 persons. It comprises of:

Downstairs:
Print Room – Large light-filled space measuring approx 650 sq ft and equipped with one 3 metre print table, one 1.7 metre sampling table and washout sink unit. Double glass doors open out onto courtyard. This space is used for all print workshops.
Main Room: Central space measuring approx 1000 sq ft with fully equipped kitchen and wood-burning stove. This is the main living space of the studio and is fully furnished. Double glass doors open out onto courtyard.
Bathroom 1 and Utility room.

Upstairs:
Bedrooms x 2
Above the main room are the two mezzanine bedrooms, one double and one twin.
Bathroom 2.

Outside:
The studio has its own courtyard with outdoor dining and grass play area.

Around the Studio:
Guests at the Studio also have use of the Old Rectory garden with orchard, vegetable garden and tennis court.
